THE OWNERS

Owner’s Dino & Will have been friends since childhood and grew up together enjoying Denver’s vibrant community and restaurants. 2 years ago they decided to join forces and open The Well. This is their story.

THE INNOVATOR

Growing up in Denver, Will found a love of art at a young age and began to explore and expand his budding innovative. He found his vision for the creative expanded past 2 dimensional drawings and into the 3D world of building. Walking into a space and immediately seeing its potential pushed him to develop his skills and there he found passion in creating and building everything from homes to home furniture. He also found his entrepreneurial drive and his desire to build a business and help it grow. After opening several successful businesses and through all of the opportunities Will created throughout the years, one thing remained constant; His love of the city he calls home.

THE RESTAURATEUR

At a young age Dino’s mom instilled in him the love of good food and family. As he grew up he knew that his passion lied in feeding not only his family, but the city he grew up in and loved. With his Peruvian and Italian roots, Dino set off on a pilgrimage to Italy where he spent 4 months studying under some of the best chef’s the country had to offer honing his skills and igniting his passion for pizza and traditional Italian cuisine. Dino’s Pizza was born in 2007 and lived on 6th and Santa Fe until it was moved to 16th and Market under the name Mile High Pizza. There Dino built up his reputation as a pizza expert and served the busy lunch crowd of Denver’s bustling business scene.

The building where The Well stands has been in Marchig family for years, but had yet to actualize its full potential. That’s when Will and Dino decided to take their longstanding friendship to the next level and go into business together. With Will’s expertise in building, designing and creating multi-use spaces and Dino’s cultivated knowledge of Italian cuisine The Well was born.
